Refund policy

Black Fern Gifts offers FREE returns or exchanges on our Shirt and Tumbler products.

Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped.

Contact us via email to request either a size exchange or return on these products only. If returning product, it must be returned in the condition in which it was received. If product appears washed, or damaged (unless product was damaged when received by you), then the product will not be eligible for return/exchange. 

Refund will be issued back to the original payment method. 

Black Fern Gifts candles, soaps and car diffusers are handmade and natural products. Due to the nature of those products, refunds and exchanges are not offered. 

As each candle and soap is made individually - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Black Fern Gifts will not be held responsible for damaged products during shipping if insurance is not purchased prior to shipping.
